Medical and harm reduction disclaimer

Please read this before using ’SupCoach. By using the app you confirm you have read and accept it.
What the app does and does not do
’SupCoach records what you choose to log and turns it into charts, calculations, estimates, and flags. It:
- does not prescribe, recommend, or suggest any drug, compound, peptide, supplement, dose, schedule, or cycle;
- does not design protocols, blasts, cruises, or post-cycle therapy for you;
- does not sell, source, or help anyone obtain any substance, and does not link to anyone who does;
- does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Any plan you enter, including compounds, doses, and schedules, is your own decision. The app stores and displays it; it does not endorse it.
Harm reduction, not encouragement
Some people use anabolic-androgenic steroids, peptides, and other performance-enhancing drugs whether or not an app exists. ’SupCoach is built on harm reduction: accurate records, regular bloodwork, and clear warning signs are safer than guesswork. That approach is not an endorsement. We do not encourage anyone to start or continue using these substances. The safest choice is not to use them without a prescription and medical supervision.
Legality
Many of the substances people log here are controlled or prescription-only. In the United States, anabolic steroids are Schedule III controlled substances, and possessing them without a valid prescription is a crime. Laws differ by country and state. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
Estimates, calculators, and reference data
- Level plots are models, not lab values. They use typical published half-lives and a simplified model that ignores absorption, bioavailability, ester weight, and individual differences. Real levels can differ a lot. Only bloodwork measures them.
- Half-lives and other reference figures are approximations collected from public sources. Published values vary, and we cannot guarantee any figure is correct for you or your product.
- The dose calculator only converts numbers you enter. Always check the label, your math, and your syringe. A mistake in any input produces a wrong result.
- Diet presets and training programs are templates, not individual recommendations. Adjust them with a qualified professional, especially if you have a medical condition.
Bloodwork
Flags such as “above range” compare a value with the reference range printed by your lab. They are informational. Reference ranges are not treatment thresholds, a value inside a range is not proof you are healthy, and a value outside one is not a diagnosis. Review your results with a physician. If the app reads a lab PDF for you, check every value against the original report before relying on it.
The AI coach
The coach is an AI system. It can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete, and it can misread your data. It is designed to explain research and interpret your logs, not to give medical advice, and it will not tell you what to take. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of anything it says. Verify anything important with a licensed clinician.
Warning signs that need a doctor now
Stop and get medical help promptly for symptoms such as:
- chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, fainting, or a racing or irregular heartbeat;
- sudden severe headache, confusion, vision changes, weakness or numbness on one side, or trouble speaking;
- a calf that is swollen, hot, and painful, or coughing up blood;
- yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, or severe abdominal pain;
- a hot, red, swollen, or pus-filled injection site, fever, or red streaks spreading from a site;
- very high blood pressure readings, or thoughts of harming yourself or others.
In the United States you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at any time.
