Terms of Service

The app is a tracking and information tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not recommend any substance, dose, or protocol. The Medical and harm reduction disclaimer is part of these terms. Always consult a licensed physician about your health.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the app. By using it, you confirm that you are.

• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your access secure.
• Guest sessions are tied to your browser. If you clear your cookies or switch devices before adding an email to your account, you may lose access to that data and we may not be able to recover it.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You agree not to:

• use the app to buy, sell, source, advertise, or distribute any controlled or prescription substance;
• break any law, including laws on controlled substances, or help anyone else do so;
• enter someone else’s personal or health information without their permission;
• attempt to access other users’ data, probe or bypass our security, or disrupt the service;
• scrape, copy, or resell the app or its content, or use it to build a competing product;
• use the AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or designed to deceive.

You own the data you enter. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display it only to run the app for you, including sending relevant parts to our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

The coach, lab-report reading, and program import use third-party AI models. Their output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on, and for reviewing extracted lab values and imported programs before saving them. Actions the coach takes in your account are shown to you and can be undone.

The plan costs $29 per month in US dollars, plus any tax that applies, after a 7-day free trial offered once per account. When you start the trial you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method when the trial ends and every month after that until you cancel. The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time in Profile, Cancel plan. Cancellation takes effect immediately and access ends at that moment. Canceling during the trial means you are not charged. Payments are not refundable for partial months except where the law requires. We will tell you in advance before changing the price.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes. We do not guarantee the app will be available without interruption or free of errors.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the app in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ’SupCoach and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or any decision you make based on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.

You agree to defend and hold harmless ’SupCoach and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your data, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
