Privacy Policy

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use your data to train AI models, and our AI provider does not use it to train theirs.

• Account: your email if you sign in with one; guest sessions have no email.
• What you log: profile details, bodyweight, training, nutrition, bloodwork results and uploaded lab PDFs, your stack, regimens and doses, notes, and conversations with the coach.
• Technical data: the minimum needed to run and secure the service, such as session cookies and server logs.

• Every record is tied to your account and database rules block any other account from reading or changing it.
• Lab PDFs are stored in private storage and opened only through links that expire within minutes.
• Data is encrypted in transit, and our providers encrypt it at rest.

• Supabase stores your account, data, and files (hosted in the United States).
• Vercel hosts and serves the app.
• Anthropic provides the AI model. When you use the coach, read a lab PDF, or import a program, the relevant data (for example a summary of your logs, or the PDF) is sent to Anthropic to produce the response.
• Email delivery for sign-in links and codes, if you sign in with email.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

• You can edit or delete individual entries at any time.
• You can avoid the AI features entirely; logging, charts, and calculators work without them.
• If you connect Hevy, Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, or your own Claude, you choose what flows between them and us. Data you read into your own Claude account falls under Anthropic's terms and privacy policy, not ours. Disconnecting or making a new link in Settings, Connections stops it.
• You can ask us to export or delete all of your data by contacting hello@supcoach.app. Self-serve export and account deletion are coming to the app.

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your data and files, except where the law requires us to keep something.

The app is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
