- What is ’SupCoach?
- One place to log training, nutrition, bodyweight, bloodwork, and everything you take, with a calendar that ties it together and an AI coach that reads all of it. It is built for serious lifters, natural or enhanced.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. ’SupCoach is a tracking and information tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it does not replace a physician. Read the medical and harm reduction disclaimer.
- Will it tell me what to take, or what dose to run?
- No. The app and the coach never recommend compounds, doses, cycles, or post-cycle plans, and never help anyone source anything. You enter what you have decided on; the app records it, calculates, charts, and flags things worth checking.
- Then why track steroids and peptides at all?
- Harm reduction. People who use these substances are safer with accurate records, regular bloodwork, and warning signs they can see. Tracking is not encouragement, and the safest choice is not to use them without a prescription and medical supervision.
- Is it legal?
- Tracking your own data is legal. Many of the substances people log are controlled or prescription-only; in the United States anabolic steroids are Schedule III. You are responsible for following the laws where you live. The app does not sell or source anything.
- Who can see my data?
- Only you. Every record is locked to your account at the database level, lab PDFs are in private storage behind short-lived links, and there are no ads or tracking scripts. See the Privacy Policy.
- What does the AI coach see, and where does it go?
- When you message the coach, a compact summary of your logs is sent with your message to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the reply. Lab PDFs are sent only when you ask the app to read one. Your data is not used to train AI models.
- Can the coach be wrong?
- Yes. It is an AI and can misread data or be mistaken. It says how strong the evidence is, but verify anything important with a clinician. Every change it makes to your account shows in the chat with an Undo button.
- How accurate are the level plots and half-lives?
- They are estimates. Half-lives are typical published figures that vary by source, and the plot uses a simplified model. They are useful for comparing schedules, not for knowing your actual levels. Only bloodwork measures those.
- What happens if I clear my browser data in a guest session?
- Guest sessions live in your browser. Clearing cookies or switching devices can lose access to the data. Saving your account with Google or an email and password keeps it safe across devices.
- What does it cost?
- $29 a month after a 7-day free trial, everything included. It renews monthly until you cancel, which you can do any time in Profile, Cancel plan; access ends as soon as you cancel. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. See Pricing.
- Can I use it if I am natural?
- Yes. Training, nutrition, bodyweight, bloodwork, supplements, and the coach all work the same for natural lifters. Everything protocol-related is optional.
- My labs are out of range. What should I do?
- Talk to a physician. The app flags values against your lab’s reference range and shows trends so you can have a better conversation with your doctor, but it cannot tell you what a result means for you.
- How do I export or delete my data?
- Self-serve export and deletion are coming. Until then, email hello@supcoach.app and we will do it for you.
- How do I reach a person?
- Email hello@supcoach.app. A real person reads every message, usually within a day. For training, food, or your stack, just text your coach.
